To recognize his contribution to medical research and China-Nepal friendship, Xi’an Medical University professor Rajiv Kumar Jha is granted Chinese Permanent Residence Card by Exit-Entry Administration of Xi’an Public Security Bureau. Director Song Yang of the Bureau and Party Secretary Fan Bing of XMU attend the ceremony to witness the moment.

Secretary Fan Bing extended appreciation to Director Song for the support on foreign expert affairs provided by the bureau. Director Song Yang said the administration would love to help and support more experts that work and dedicate to Shaanxi development.
