Professor Rajiv Kumar Jha of Xi’an Medical University is granted Sanqin Friendship Award of 2021 by Shaanxi Provincial Government, for his outstanding contribution to medical research and China-Nepal collaboration.

Professor Rajiv is head of the Sino-Nepal Laboratory of XMU and he has made achievements in national research funding , academic paper publishing. Over the years, he has continuously promoted exchange of both countries in areas of culture, tourism, education, media to better greet the Belt and Road initiative.
