Male, ethnic Han, born in Linchuan, Jiangxi Province, September 1979, member of the Communist Party of China, with a master’s degree in Business Administration. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Xi’an Polytechnic College in 1999. He has served as the Deputy Director of the Personnel Office of the General Office of the Shaanxi Provincial Government, and the Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Health Commission. In January 2025, he was appointed as the Party Secretary of Xi’an Medical University.
