Male, ethnic Han, born in Huyi, Shaanxi Province, August of 1968,member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of Medicine, level-1 chief physician (level-2 post), professor, doctoral supervisor, representative of 17th National People's Congress of Xi'an,member of the expert group of Steering Committee of Party Construction in National Public Hospitals.

Graduated from Xi’an Medical College (now is Medical College of Xi’an Jiaotong University) in July of 1992, he has successively served as secretary of the Youth League Committee, director of the Party committee office, secretary of the Party branch of the department, deputy secretary of the Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee , secretary of the Party committee of Affiliated No.2 Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. He has also served as a member of the Youth League Committee, a member of the Discipline Inspection Commission and a member of the Party Working Committee of Health Science Centerat Xi’an Jiaotong University.He has been a member of the Party committee, deputy secretary and vice president of Xi'an Medical University since April 2022.He began to take charge of the overall administrative work in September 2023 and was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Xi'an Medical University in May 2024.
