Member and Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Xi'an Medical University

Male, ethnic Han, born in Sanyuan, Shaanxi Province, June of 1967, member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of Medicine, associate professor.

He started working from August of 1985, and graduated from Fourth Military Medical University in July of 1991.He has successively served as the staff officer of the Training Department Office,the deputy director of the Continuing Education Division of the Training Department, deputy investigator of the Secretariat of the General Office of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, the deputy director and director of the Sixth Comprehensive Department of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government.From June 2018 to April 2022, he served as a member of Party committee and vice-president of Xi'an Medical University.He is now member and deputy secretary of the Party committee of Xi'an Medical University.
