Male, Han nationality, born in February 1977, Binzhou, Shaanxi Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Bachelor's degree in Military Science. He served as platoon leader, organizational officer, unit chief, deputy director, and director of the political work department of the brigade and military district. He was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xi'an Medical University in February 2024.
