Male, Han nationality, born in October 1966, Zhouzhi, Shaanxi, is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a postgraduate degree, and a PhD in Economics. He has served as a staff member of the Education Working Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Office of the Provincial Department of Education, the Deputy Director of the Basic Education Department, the Deputy Director of the Cadre Department (Personnel Department), the Secretary of the Education Youth League Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Organization Department, the Minister of the Student Affairs Department, and the Director of the Textbook Department. He was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Inspector of Xi'an Medical University in May 2024.
