Male, Han nationality, born in March 1971, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a medical doctorate degree, a third level professor, a graduate supervisor, a provincial-level teaching master, and a national first-class course leader of Pathophysiology. He graduated from Xi'an Medical University in July 1996 and successively served as the Dean of the Clinical Medicine School, Director of the Science and Technology Department, Director of the Basic Medicine Department, and Director of the Academic Affairs Department of Xi'an Medical University. He was appointed as a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Xi'an Medical University in July 2024.
